Renaissance brings the alternative sound to the present with an urge to revive the thoughts that have long stayed redundant. The album as a concept promotes change. Change is the only constant in life, and it often suffers resistance. Societal changes are very rarely seen as a personal one. Hence, all that Renaissance and thereby Corner Café Chronicles asks of their listeners to just make one significant change – To start questioning things, developing curiosity, and thinking again. The society and the many issues it holds needs a fresh pair of eyes and ears. Renaissance lays down a few issues ranging from the abuse of nature to depression, from inherent greed to sexual freedom and directs the listeners’ minds to absorb and react.
