Pune based DJ and producer dotdat has been selected as one of the winners of Beatport‘s global Beats In School competition. He will be representing one of Beatports’s four label partners Second State, which implies that he will be mentored by it’s founder Pan Pot for the entire year.
The initiative by Beatport is aimed to discover new talent from across the globe. The one year mentorship includes tailored production courses and one on one tutorials by Beatport’s educational partners (Berklee School of Music and Point Blank Music School), industry level gear and a comprehensive music business education.
