The Hills Festival is back for its fourth edition! It's bound to be the most anticipated festival in Meghalaya!
This two-day extravaganza is a celebration of the spirit of Meghalaya, featuring music, food, art, and culture.
The festival will once again take place in the breathtaking locales of Lum'er Pyngngad, Umbir Ri-Bhoi, and will feature stellar international and national artists that will leave you wanting more!

- Tickets are available in various categories, including General Admission, VIP, and Special Access. Prices may vary depending on the category and availability.
- Age Restrictions: There is no specific age restriction for attendees. However, parents or guardians are advised to consider the suitability of the Festival for children and ensure their safety and well-being throughout the event.
- Ticket Purchase: Tickets can be purchased online through our official website or authorized ticketing partners. Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold without prior authorization from the Festival organizers.
- Ticket Validity: Each ticket is valid for one person and for the duration of the Festival. Re-entry may be allowed in certain circumstances, subject to security checks.
- Refunds and Exchanges: All ticket sales are final, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued, except for event cancellation (see Section 10).
- Line-Up and Schedule: The Festival organizers reserve the right to alter the line-up, schedule, and program without prior notice. No refunds will be issued in the event of line-up changes.
- Prohibited Items: The following items are strictly prohibited on the festival premises:
- Illegal substances or paraphernalia
- Weapons or dangerous items
- Glass containers
- Professional audio or video recording equipment
- Laser pointers
- Fireworks or flares
- Animals (except for service animals)
- Security and Conduct: Festival organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove attendees who engage in disruptive, illegal, or inappropriate behaviour without a refund.
- Health and Safety: Attendees are responsible for their own well-being. The festival organizers are not liable for any injuries, illnesses, or damages sustained during the event.
- Cancellation and Force Majeure: In the event of Festival cancellation due to reasons beyond the organizer's control (e.g., natural disasters, government orders), ticket holders may be eligible for a refund or exchange, at the discretion of the organizers.
- Image and Likeness Release: By attending the festival, you grant the organizers the right to use photographs, video, or audio recordings of you for promotional and marketing purposes.
- Weather Conditions: The festival will take place rain or shine. Attendees are encouraged to prepare for varying weather conditions.
- Lost or Stolen Items: The festival organizers are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- Accessibility: The festival aims to provide accessible facilities for attendees with disabilities. Please contact us in advance for specific accommodations.
- Governing Law: These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Meghalaya, India, and any disputes arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Meghalaya.

- Organiser/venue reserves the right to deny entry at any time as a precautionary measure to uphold the highest level of health and safety for everyone.
- Temperature checks might be taken by any of the venue/restaurant representatives prior, during, and after, in the club. The event organiser/venue will make a decision on access to the restaurant/venue based on your health conditions

- Please remember to carry a valid government-issued photo ID proof (Driver's License/Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Voter Card/Passport). You may not be permitted to enter in the absence of one.
- The venue and schedule are subject to change.
- This ticket permits entry to the event venue only. Any pre or after parties may have other ticketing requirements and may be sold separately.
- Security procedures, including frisking, remain the right of the management.
- No refund/replacement on a purchased ticket. Tickets you purchase are for personal use. You must not transfer (or seek to transfer) the tickets in breach of the applicable terms. A breach of this condition will entitle us to cancel the tickets without prior notification, refund, compensation or liability.
- Please do not carry dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, laser devices and bottles to the venue. We may have to eject these things (with or without you) from the venue.
- The sponsors/bands/organizers/management are not responsible for, including but not limited to, any injury or damage that may occur during or at the event.
- No liability or claims that may arise due to the consumption or intake of any food or drink or any other consumption will be entertained by the management.
- Parking near or at the event premises is at the risk of the vehicle owner.
- The holder of this ticket grants organizers the right to use, in perpetuity, all or any part of the recording of any video or still footage made of the holder's appearance on any channel or magazine for broadcast in any and all media globally and for advertising, publicity and promotions relating hereto without any further approval of theirs.
- The management reserves the exclusive right without refund or other recourse, to refuse admission to anyone who is found to be in breach of these terms and conditions including, if necessary, ejecting the holder/s of the ticket from the venue after they have entered the premises.
